In the glass, it immediately lifts with vibrant mulberry and cherry aromatics, gently framed by the subtle influence of French oak that adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

The palate is rich and generous, flowing with dark red berries and ripe plum that fill the mid-palate with energy and warmth. Soft tannins and a whisper of oak come together seamlessly, creating a beautifully balanced Shiraz that feels both plush and refined. Enjoy it alongside grilled lamb cutlets, charred beef skewers or a slow-braised tomato and herb ragu, where the wine’s dark fruit and supple tannins shine effortlessly.
